"3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve."

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

"It’s around our 10th visit to this amazing hotel so that probably speaks for itself :-) Truly 5 star experience from checkin to departure. We had a lovely meal at Peppers where they even created a vegetarian main for us and the service was exceptional. Sea view rooms are a delight and the balcony provides a great sun trap with full sun all day on this side. If we had one little gripe it would be the aircon in the winter does not really cool the room but we were given an upgraded room as a result...

"We stayed here for 4 nights and our stay was great. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and greeted us every time with a smile and hello as we were on the same floor. The staff at breakfast and at the bar were also friendly and welcoming. Our room was great with a balcony over looking the pool. The spa treatments were great and value for money was amazing. "We just came back from a 3 night stay at Adriana hotel. We had an amazing time and loved everything about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, check in was fast and easy and as we arrived early we were allowed to use all the facilities and restaurants/ bars while we waited on our room to be ready.
