Quarto e local em geral muito limpo e organizado, atendimento excelente e de muito boa qualidade, pessoas muito atenciosas e prestativas, tudo de melhor pra uma hospedagem. Que pousada maravilhosa, simplesmente perfeita. No primeiro atendimento já nos sentimos em casa. Todos que trabalham na pousada são extremamente educados e bem receptivos, e sempre dispostos a ajudar. A estrutura do local é muito confortável, tudo muito bem conservado e muito limpo. Além de ser a poucos metros da praia. E o café da manhã! Que banquete maravilhoso. Nas próximas vezes que retornar a ilhabela, ja sei onde ficar, com certeza na pousada Altamira. Passei uma semana de férias na pousada, achei a localização boa, perto da balsa, com boas opções para comer. Mas se quiser ir nas praias mais frequentadas da ilha, precisará se deslocar de carro. Recomendo pedir indicação para o pessoal da recepção. O café da manhã é delicioso, com vista privilegiada do mar e da ilha. O quarto é bem similar ao que é apresentado nas fotos, limpos. Acho que o único ponto de melhoria poderia ser a pressão da água do chuveiro e a regulagem de temperatura, a água sai quase pelando. Como estava bastante calor, foi possível usar direto na temperatura fria.
