Hotel bom com pontos a melhorar

Quartos limpos, roupa de cama e banho limpas, toalhas de piscina excelentes! Ficamos 8 dias hospedados e o que desabonou foi a piscina que estava em manutenĆ§Ć£o, e nĆ£o aquecia. Pegamos uns 3 dias de tempo meio frio e Nublado e nĆ£o podĆ­amos aproveitar. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ tem que melhorar! NĆ£o tem requeijĆ£o, nĆ£o tem reposiĆ§Ć£o. Se ele vai atĆ© as 10h tem que repor pelo menos atĆ© umas 9:45h o que nĆ£o ocorre. VocĆŖ tem que suplicar na cozinha um pĆ£o de queijo, um ovo mexido, uma fruta que jĆ” acabou. Tem que colocar melancia, um queijo branco frescoā€¦. CafĆ© fraco mesmo de verdade!!!! Atendimento da Lari e da Claudia sĆ£o excelentes. Hotel prĆ³ximo Ć  praia, ar condicionado bom!

CafĆ© da manhĆ£ muito Simples, falta requeijĆ£o, e reposiĆ§Ć£o. Piscina aquecida estava com problema, fizeram dois dias de frio e nĆ£o conseguimos usar a mesma : ( Sauna a mesma coisa. Claudinha e Larissa sĆ£o super atenciosas. Quarto amplo, limpo, roupas de banho e de cama limpas. Vale pelo custo benefĆ­cio. Mas por favor, melhorem o cafĆ© da manhĆ£ com mais itens.

MĆ©dia geral Bom mas poderia ser melhor.

O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© BOM, as instalaƧƵes nem tanto. Tivemos um problema na descarga do banheiro logo que chegamos e precisamos reclamar 4 vezes para arrumar sĆ³ resolveram 3 dias depois. A Ć”gua do chuveiro Ć© quente mas pouca Ć”gua. A piscina Ć© um pouco suja, as paredes do quarto tambĆ©m,. No geral tem um bom custo benefĆ­cio, nĆ£o tivemos problema para estacionar e os quartos sĆ£o silenciosos e bem limpos pelo pessoal da limpeza. Nos quartos nĆ£o tivemos muitos problemas com os borrachudos mais nas praias mesmo.

Bom,tenho que parabenizar pelo atendimento,porĆ©m tenho que exaltar aqui uns pontos bem fracos q eu vi,ao chegar no AP tinha barata,ar condicionado muito barulhento,cama range muito,quarto super pequeno,ao ir comer o cafĆ© da manhĆ£,uns bichos comeƧaram a picar eu e minha esposa,paramos de tomar cafĆ© porque nĆ£o dava mais pra comer de tanta picada q a gente tava sentindo,minha esposa estĆ” muito decepcionada com acomodaĆ§Ć£o esperava mais....nĆ£o recomendo a ninguĆ©m se hospedar aĆ­

A Ć”rea social Ć© boa, o atendimento ok. Os quartos razoĆ”veis com vĆ”rios pontos precisando de reparos como a porta do banheiro que nĆ£o fechava totalmente, tranƧas quebradas, etc. Mas visto bom preƧo isso Ć© atĆ© ok. O ponto crĆ­tico foi a falta de organizaĆ§Ć£o no cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Que estava uma bagunƧa, visto pandemia nĆ£o poderia ser no modelo buffet atĆ© aĆ­ ok, tds os hotĆ©is estĆ£o assim, mas ao invĆ©s de agendarem horĆ”rio conforme disponibilidade, darem luta ou pensarem em outro meio Eles simplesmente fizeram por fila , entĆ£o vc ficava aguardando cerca de uma hora para liberar uma garrafa tĆ©rmica, isso mesmo nĆ£o Ć© mesa pq essas mesmo com o distanciamento exigido tinha no lado de fora, mas sĆ³ tinham 5 garrafas tĆ©rmicas disponĆ­veis e por isso sĆ³ atendiam de 5 em 5 no cafĆ©, Pois na garrafa que vinha o leite e o cafĆ© individual, essa situaĆ§Ć£o foi desagradĆ”vel pois faziam tds perderem um tempĆ£o atoa

Baratas, ratos , mofo e piscina bonita.

Tive uma pĆ©ssima experiĆŖncia, infelizmente. Em 24h 3 baratas no quarto, uma delas em cima da cama. Quando fomos reclamar o gerente disse que era " normal por causa do calor" e ainda contou uma experiĆŖncia anterior com ratos "porque o hĆ³spede anterior colocou a comida do cachorrinho na porta da varanda". inconformados com a resposta pedimos um outro quarto livre dos pequenos insetos, ele nos ofereceu um quarto em outro VELLIN, o chalĆ© suƭƧo , extremamente inferior ao que tĆ­nhamos pego e pago por, ao nos recusarmos a aceitar tal proposta infeliz e exigirmos o dinheiro de volta, foi nos oferecido um quarto "superior" , felizmente nesse as "comuns" baratas nĆ£o apareceram. No entanto coisas como o cheiro de mofo, a ducha higiĆŖnica vazando e portanto inutilizĆ”vel, a janela do banheiro que nĆ£o fecha e a ferrugem na parte interna do frigobar nos decepcionou muito. AlĆ©m disso cafĆ© Ć© limitado para o padrĆ£o esperado de hotĆ©is desse porte, os funcionĆ”rios da recepĆ§Ć£o dificilmente se encontram nela jĆ” que cumprem outras tarefas, sendo comum a demora no atendimento atĆ© para entrega de chaves. A piscina Ć© o ponto alto do Hotel ,linda, realmente Ć© uma Ć³tima ideia separar a Ć”rea social dos quartos, mas os mĆ³veis plĆ”sticos da piscina estĆ£o encardidos e marcados, e os macarrƵes cedidos para as crianƧas sĆ£o partes de macarrƵes, quebrados, mordidos...deixando uma pĆ©ssima impressĆ£o. O hotel tem um potencial enorme...mas precisa de uma nova AdministraĆ§Ć£o.
