"Der Ort ist urig und ist irgendwie charmant, nur die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig. Der Müll von den Vorgängern war nich geleert und die Matratzen waren teils nur noch Schaumstoff ohne jeden Überzug. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass sich niemand um die Wohnung kümmert, was schade ist. "

"Der Aufenthalt auf dem Nikolinenhof war wirklich wundervoll. Ein gemütliches Zimmer mitten in der allgäuer Natur (mit Blick auf die Kühe inklusive). Wir wurden im höchsten Maße gastfreundlich empfangen. In familiärer Atmosphäre haben uns Nici und Jeen geholfen und unterstützt, wo es nur geht. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Ich kann dieses Erlebnis nur jedem weiterempfehlen, der sich nach Entspannung und Erholung ,abseits der Menschenmassen, sehnt."

Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und naturnah, aber dennoch nah genug am Stadtzentrum, um Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. "Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - einzig die Bahnstrecke die direkt vor dem Haus verläuft ist etwas schwierig wenn man mit kleineren Kindern verreist. Wobei wir Glück hatten und die Strecke zu der Zeit in der wir dort waren waren saniert und daher nicht befahren wurde. "

"Die Wohnung war mehrheitlich Sauber und man hatte alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren für einen Kurzaufenthalt da( im Legoland). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte am Ende dann gut und das Check-In verlief problemlos und völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist einfach zu finden und es hat uns gefallen. "

"Our stay in Ottobeuren at the Villa Kuntabund way wonderful. The landlords were very nice and cool. The apartment was very big! Everything was very very clean! It was very quiet and we slept really well. In the morning you could hear the churchbells. A short walk takes you through the woods and into town center. There you will enjoy the best ice cream of your life a Pedro’s Ice Cream. We will be back loved our stay."
