"A beautifully appointed home in a good location. Our hosts were attentive and gracious. Lovely place. "

"Cherry Plum cottages was an absolute gem of a fine! It was traditional, quaint and delightful set in its own cottage garden, overlooking a field of llamas. Sitting on the Veranda in the evening whilst having a barbecue was such a lovely experience in the peace and quiet of the countryside. The room itself was so very comfortable, clean and traditional. Lovely touches were left everywhere – sweets in a bowl, jams, honey and other condiments, biscuits and even a decanter of port! "

"Warm, cosy, clean & comfortable. Great location to walk to town & waterfront & beach. Cottage was sold after we booked but everything still went smoothly. Only complaint - chaise lounge should be replaced by a small 2 seater lounge. We plan to stay here again"

"The cottage is located in quiet street, the bed was comfy, but the pillow is too soft for us, the kitchen is full of equipment to used and the spa bath was fantastic. and we noticed that they have many similar cottages around the town. some of really looking cute and nice to stay in for next visit."

"Long weekend trip from Melbourne. Arrived on Thursday night to a warm property with the fire on. Large swim spa was nicely heated, some places have them too cold. Property too big for the two of us and so we just used downstairs but would be great for a family. 15 minute walk from Time and Tide high tea which was an amazing experience. 30 minutes walk into town. "Great property, full of charm and calm - wonderfully close to the main streets for great access to Port Fairey while remaining a quiet and peaceful retreat. Just needs the cobwebs cleaned out of the house to make it absolutely perfect."

"A very pleasant one weeks stay. Very quiet and tranquil. Watching the varied birdlife on the lake was delightful. all new appliances in the kitchen were appreciated. The only negative was the small size of the shower."
