My second time to stay at a Go hotel property. I like this in Iloilo better than I Bacolod city where we came from for 3 nights. We are doing travel visits in the South of the Philippines.

Was in RM 419 better than the one they put me in RM 401 last time which was HANDICAP room every time I'd shower the bathroom floor would be super wet because there was NO SPLASH GUARD!!

Great location - Robinson mall is 2 doors down from the hotel. Mall has everything you need - dining, supermarket, shops, etc. You can grab a cab by the mall entrance. Very convenient! Hotel has seen better days. Fixtures in the bathroom can be loosed. No real table in the room - just a narrow ledge that serve as a "table" - some rooms it's a fixed ledge that juts out from the wall, some rooms it's a foldable ledge that folds up against the wall. We checked in 2 separate occasions - on the 2nd time the room had the foldable ledge that was unusable because the ledge opened at an angle that anything placed on it would slide off to the floor. Also no hand towels, only bath towels and bath mat are provided. They looked dirty (from wear) even though it's been laundered. Management should bring in brand new towels. The staff is helpful and accomodating. Place is centrally located and price can't be beat!

Hotel is near is attached to Robinson Shopping Mall.Lots of eateries nearby, no problem with public transport. Wasn’t able to avail breakfast as we checked out so early , breakfast at 0645. Had our breakfast on the first day delivered in the room. This is a budget hotel and the price is right

There was power black for 4 days in our city and everyone was rushing to the hotels for electricity and internet. All hotels were fully booked and staff were overwhelmed but the Go Hotel staff have been very patient, flexible and never faltered in attending to the guests’ needs. Kudos to the staff —-from the guards, to the room cleaners and frondesk! Only downside here is the noise from the other rooms esp the one adjoining ours had multiple kids shrieking and crying non stop.
