"I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice.
The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. The room itself was nice. I booked the 4 person room for 2 people to have extra space and it was worth it. The regular rooms were...
"Lovely hotel. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I felt a little put out at our treatment or lack of in the hotel restaurant. We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had. It unfortunately marred my stay a little. "
"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For...
"We stayed here after going to the Christmas market in Strasbourg. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had a very restful night and delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!"
"La chambre en elle même est magnifique : très bons matériaux, literie impeccable, présence d’enceintes dans le plafond pour écouter de la musique, de frigo, cafetière.
Petit bémol concernant l’accès aux chambres: on est dans la nature et il y a des oies qui se promènent en laissant leurs déjections sur le chemin…il faut un peu zigzaguer pour arriver sain et sauf dans son havre de paix"
"We had a great stay at this small hotel tucked away in a wooded area of the Vosges. The renovated room was very comfortable with good quality bedding and although the bathroom was a little dated everything worked well with plenty of hot water. What was really outstanding was the lovely brasserie (they also have a large dining room which is used for big group events) where we dined and had breakfast both nights of our stay (other dining options are a drive away). Like the rooms the brasserie had...
"Excellent staffs with outstanding service. Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Very centrally located, easy to get to everywhere. Enjoyed every moments of our 6 nights stay. "
"This hotel is perfect. It is only a short train ride to the city center. There is a grocery store in the same parking lot. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice and new. The Breakfast is delicious and the staff is sweet. This is my favorite city I have been to in Europe so far. "

"Automated check-in can be problematic. After registration, did not receive email to advise of room number or pass code. Unable to gain access and stuck in foyer for some 20 minutes. Fortunately member of staff appeared who was very helpful.
Have stayed in France B&B Hotels before and know what to expect. Very good value for money-especially the out of town venues-often near commercial/industrial parks which is fine if you don't intend to use room as a base for sight-seeing. As a stop-over/rest on a long journey, B&B Hotels are ideal."

As with most hotels I found a lack of hooks for hanging things up annoying, particularly in the bathroom. For example there was no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink. Other than those small issues the room and my stay were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are a lot of amenities at the hotel. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but worth getting because there are no real options nearby. The hotel is 12 or 15 miles outside of Strasbourg but you can take a local train that will get you there in 20 minutes for 10 euros round trip. The train station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. All in all this hotel is good option if you need to stay in the Strasbourg area. "

"The staff at this hotel were brilliant and very welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised and the whirlpool was a great novelty for the children.
The only negative was breakfast; it was very expensive and had a poor selcction - especially for children. It’s also worth noting that the pool is not available to under 16s. "

"Easy, cheap little place to say outside Strasbourg. Nice walk along the canal available. Plenty of shops and fast food restaurants nearby. Easy transport into the city if you prefer not to drive."
