"First of all, the room is very large with separate walk in closet and bathtub/shower area. Most hotel has no bathtub any more. The young lady Alice in breakfast room is charming and warm and very on top of everything. I ordered earl grey tea with lemon once and then she brings me one every following date, The concierge team is also very helpful - a very pleasant stay for us in Beijing!"

"The location of the hotel was excellent and proximity to touristic places. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Minor hiccup during check-in process in the, but overall was ok. Breakfast buffet was a bit of a disappointment even though there were selection for the price. Only enjoyable food was the chocolate croissant. There is need to raise the breakfast buffet standard to an international level as a premium hotel. Would like to thank a female lobby ambassador staff for her hospitality."
