"Son Tomaset is a lovely property with many charming elements. Our Junior Suite was spacious and clean. The pool is lovely. We enjoyed the central location as it made our day trips to Port Sóller, Deià and Palma quite accessible. The staff were great — from extra towels to helping to sort out a taxi they were helpful and pleasant. The lack of a/c in our part of the villa made the nights a little sticky. The fan helped a bit! "We stayed for 7 nights and had a fantastic time. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you could need. Very spacious inside and out, good sized pool, plenty to do including a pool table and table tennis. It’s location is very good to explore the Island and we enjoyed going in to Inca 2-3 times to eat. "To start, the pool is nice and we had a good time, it is possible to have a nice stay in this property in spite of its issues. The problems we encountered: 1. General condition of villa. Majority of lights don’t work. 3/5 gas burners on the oven don’t work. Flimsy lights in the bedroom. Doors feel flimsy and insecure. 2. We lost all water to the villa for 12+ hours, it happened late in the evening and we couldn’t clean, flush toilet or wash up dishes! However, credit to Homerti who fixed the...

"Vaste maison, propre, idéalement située pour visiter toute l'île. Literie confortable. Le seul point négatif a été les 3 chiens de la propriétaire qui aboyaient énormément. Mais au bout de quelques jours l'agence a trouvé une solution. Ceci dit nous avons remarqué que d'autres lotissements étaient bien pires pour ça. "This is a wonderful rural property with an outdoor pool and several bedrooms. It was very good as a base for cyclists to explore northern Mallorca. More cleaning supplies such as liquid dishwashing soap and laundry detergent and basic kitchen supplies like salt, pepper & sugar would have made our visit a little more comfortable. "This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
