"The location was great, walking distance to everything. The property is clean but little bit old, and we had an incident with one of the rooms that we booked plus the terrible communication between us and the staff that made us really unhappy. Also the bed is too small."

"This is student housing. We brought our own pillows from home, which I would recommend. The beds are small, but was fine for us because we were prepared for the size/situation based on other reviews. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are not cleaned during your stay unless you pay extra. If you have accurate expectations you will enjoy your stay here- the staff was REALLY FRIENDLY and accommodating-- the actual room was as expected, because we were expecting a dorm room! :) "

"Wonderful location right off the Royal Mile. Our apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet, even though we were in a busy area and there was construction going on towards the back of the building. More than enough space for our family to stretch out and relax after long days of touring the city! Linens provided were ample and clean, bath products were available in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. We would absolutely book again!"

"Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"Cosy 2-bedroom apartment. Clean and well equipped with kitchenette, washer and dryer. Good for family stay. About 8 mins walk to St James Quarter where the parking is. Entry to the apartment building is in a back alley. While it’s well lit, the occasional noise from the garbage bins can be disturbing in the night. Overall, still good."

"The place is great: clean, modern, spacious, nicely equipped (even with a small safe - like in a hotel!). Very easy to get to with a tram stop nearby. There is a storage room if you get there too early or need to leave hours before your next destination. However, there are couple things to know: - Unit 5 is on the second (European or third by US standards) floor without elevator (the stairs are very wide though) - There is not any coffee maker (like Nespresso or whatever with capsules) - There...

"Had a great time here for our stay in Edinburgh. This is a fun and lively area. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Two very comfortable beds and a clothes washer and dryer are a big plus. I do think folks should be aware the unit is up a flight of stairs on a spiral staircase, so be prepared to carry any luggage or bags when you arrive and depart. This wasn't a problem for us at all though. I would love to stay here again if we ever go back!"

However some cutleries were missing which we managed. In bath, toiletries were not provided. Only hand wash provided.
