The hotel area was nice and had many restaurants and cafes nearby that were within walking distance. There were attractions that you could walk such as central park and the tourism center were close by. The hotel staff were very kind and our room was clean and the view was nice. Holiday Inn Incheon was perfect in every way, except one; they turned off the A/C. When i called down and told them it was 23.5 degress Celsius in my room they said open the windows, which crack open about 4 cm. They gave me a story about people being cold, which i responded t"they can turn off their A/C," He finally relented and turned it on for two hours to cool off my room. Leave the option for A/C or heat on 24/7,365 and charge more for the room if that is the problem. I should always have the option when a hotel comes with A/C and heat. Otherwise great staff, breakfast bufffet, local shopping and a Hyundai Premium Outlet a couple stops away on the subway.
