I liked the property but as a foreigner, I had to go through some challenges. 1. Not easy without knowing Korean language. 2. No instructions given or posted at the door about how to bring the keypad to enter the access code. 3. Appliances, outlet are controlled by smart switches. Hence they are turned off and not sure how to turn on. Even a Korean person came in thought those outlets are not working. I had to do some guess work to get them turned on. 4. Refrigerator is kept behind a wall and not easy to locate. I found it accidentally by doing some treasure hunt game… 5. Trash removal wasn’t easy. I expect this must be a part of the room service. 6. Mobile front wasn’t convenient. I got panicked when I don’t see any keypad to enter the door code. Glad I found few people on that floor to get their help 7. Mobile app wasn’t easy to use as it goes through some validation process and that appears to work for Korean residents only.
