Incline Village Stay
The property had great character and plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. The amenities were superior, but the home was tired and could use a little tlc and cosmetic maintenance. There was a tear in the great room couch, missing cushions on outdoor chairs, excessive spider webs on the main deck, no wash cloths, the kitchen sink hot water nozzle didn't stop turning, main bedroom closet bifold doors were broken, awning unusable because it was torn, decks needed cleaning and sealer, the parking outside the garage had a hole from deterioration that someone could have tripped or fallen. We also wished we had known it was 3 stories. This was very close to the road and had continuous road noise. Considering how warm the weather was, the fans provided helped some. The windows couldn't be open at night because of the noise. All in all, we loved our experience, but at this price point, we expected a better maintained property.

Beautiful House and View, But Prepare to Bring Your Own "Stuff"
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in great location. Nice views of the lake and easy to take advantage of all that Incline Village has to offer from this property. We loved the room layout for our two families with little kids. Plenty of space. That said, there were some disappointments... Check in requires going to an office to commence an "after-hours" experience to get a key that is just inefficient. There were cobwebs around the lights in the dining room, an empty propane tank on the grill (identified while trying to light it with prepared steaks on a plate in my hand), half the reasonable amount of towels for the number of guests, and almost NO staple supplies. We quickly ran out of paper towels, and in addition to the propane, had to go purchase olive oil, salt, etc. We've rented a dozen times in Incline (and elsewhere) so we get that homes vary in what the owner provides, but this felt a too sparse for the quality of home & price. The owners did provide marsh mellow roasting sticks for the fire, as well as three sleds, but as nice as that was, items like tin foil, zip lock bags, and garbage bags (there were 3 of those) forced us to run to the store before we could even really get settled. This home feels like it was once a gorgeous and much-loved place where the owners spent a lot of time, but has now evolved into just a heavily rented, slightly out dated place that just doesn't get deep cleaned or well stocked in order to maximize profits. To be fair, it's still nice and I don't want to misrepresent the property, it's just the first time we have paid premium price for a very large, nice place in Incline to find it so sparsely supplied - and just a little tired. The best way to articulate the way the home is "outfitted" would be to relay that hand laid stone floor tiles in the kitchen are loose, the "high-tech" TV system had SIX remotes (NO joke, it took an hour to figure out how to play a show for the kids), and the convertible ping pong table looked OK but had a broken net.

July 2020...
A beautiful home that we thoroughly enjoyed. And it was great to be away during the pandemic. Hadn’t played pool in a very long time. Was a great gathering place. Was disappointed that we weren’t able to have access to the Incline beaches. Additionally, it didn’t appear that general upkeep had happened. The carpet on the first landing down the stairs was stained and there were other spots throughout the carpeted area.

Disliked: Communication
Bring your own towels
We stayed over Thanksgiving. There were literally 6 towels in the entire house. The oven worked for the first day and then broke. There were not any potholders to be found. I have stayed in numerous VRBO's and this one was disappointing. The kitchen is not stocked. Bring your own paper towels. Please note the checkout is 9AM - the earliest I have seen. We asked for a later checkout and informed them of the oven and have yet to receive a call back. House is great - you cannot walk to the lake and must drive which I didn't realize. Beautiful house - just wished it was better stocked and the management company was more responsive.

3 night stay
Pros: gorgeous views. nicely decorated. Great size. Cons. Behind on upkeep and repairs. Dirty carpets. Oven not working.. BBQ dirty and with empty propane tank. Only option for cooking was the stovetop which should have been disclosed during the booking process. Some of the double panel window seals broken therefore fogged windows obstructing views.

5 night stay
Pros: beautiful view of the lake, gourmet kitchen, close proximity to Burnt Cedar Beach (walking distance), fire pit, pool table, comfortable beds, two dish washers, very clean home Cons: constant noise from Tahoe Blvd (the was probably the worst) because the home is directly above the highway, the WiFi and electricity was spotty throughout the stay (lights flickered or the tv would randomly turn off), no pantry storage because the cupboards are locked for owner use only so we had to keep all the food on the counter

Beautiful home, highly recommend.
This home is truly beautiful! It was very spacious and was a great stay for our family and friends over the ski weekend. The kitchen was fantastic! We did not get to enjoy the backyard or the patio since the snow blanketed the whole yard and covered the outdoor seating and outdoor fire pit. But we would love to stay here again when summer comes to truly enjoy the backyard. Property managers were easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house with beautiful views
The house and property are very beautiful. The only downside was the traffic on Tahoe Blvd which is right below the house. Since it was the 4th of July traffic was intense. We got pretty used to it though and the kids didn't even notice. The fire pit was fantastic and the kids made s'mores almost every night. The pool table and ping pong table were fun to have. The kitchen is top notch and well-equipped. There were no beach towels and no wash cloths. It would have been nice to have a couple more bath towels. The house is decorated very nicely. I loved the automatic awning that stretched out over the porch on the main floor. There was a lot of room for the kids. Everyone had a blast.
