"Great location, good amenities. Inside very clean, outside garden area trees and shrubs need immediate attention, also back yard needs similar cleanup. That being said we had a great 4 day stay and would recommend property."

"The Sandpiper is small, clean and comfortable, courtesy of a cosy sofa, soft mattress and newish (albeit small) kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor area is great for taking in the sea air with breakfast or a glass of wine. The shade umbrella works well to keep the hot sun off. It’s also close to Rye front beach, a sub-10 min stroll. "The cottage is lovely. It is nicely decorated , with some great design touches. Vanessa provided everything we needed. The check-in process was easy, and we appreciated the generous check-out time of 10.30. We'll be returning."

"Everything about the property was immaculate. The cabins are spacious, comfortable and elegant and the owners seem to have thought of everything to make the stay perfect. If you never left the cabin, you would have a great time, but it is also located in an excellent area. We had a day at the Alba hot springs, and another getting massages, walking the beach and tasting wine at one of the many wineries of the region. I honestly have nothing negative to say about our experience. Well done!"
