"This hotel is really a unique experience. They treat you like royalty. Our room was small but had a ton of character. Only had one spot for one suitcase, so we used the large window sills for the other one. There is really no place to park, so we used the valet parking which was $52.00. But they unload your luggage out of the car and take it to the room for you. By the time we text to get our car, it was there and they had loaded our luggage into and we were ready to go. Great place to stay with lots of eating choices within walking distance. We would stay there again. "

"Service was ok while checking in, some of the front desk employees seemed aloof and didn’t care if you were standing there waiting in line while someone cut in front of you etc. Also upon check out there was no help offered for the 100$ hold that is placed on your card at check in (which they don’t even tell you about either). The room was beautiful but the air conditioning vents were super dirty and dusty and the cold air blew right into my face when it was on giving me a sore throat over night. If your turned the AC down at all (or the temp up) then the room got pretty warm pretty quickly. I also wish we given more that 2 washcloths for showering. Other than that all the other staff were super friendly and helpfull. "

"Check in went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and the kids had a great time in it. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and the area was clean. Bathrooms in the lobby were spacious, clean and had feminine supplies if needed. "
