Wonderful & so comfortable
Recently renovated and so well maintained. Just perfect for us, two older adults with two grown children. Each with our own room with queen or king beds & a/c in each room. The living space so comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The host has left the basics and more so no need to buy oils, spices, soap,, etc.

Stay Near Western Oregon for Track and Field Camp
The house is very clean and very comfortable. The ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus - my teen boys loved it. This was perfect for our stay while our high schoolers attended a track and field camp at Western Oregon.

Great Getaway
We visited Independence for the OR Wine run - the house was perfect - it was clean, a nice backyard, and great location to downtown. We were able to walk to the park for the start of the run and not have the hassle of driving. We were also able to take advantage and enjoy some recommended food in the area that did not disappoint. Very relaxing space.

Ideal Location for Charming Independence
The house is wonderful and well-equipped. It is just a couple of blocks from the charming shops, excellent restaurants, museum, and river park & walk of Independence. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The property owners were helpful and responsive. The yard is a lovely space for enjoying a chat or playing. Plus, there is a ping pong table in the garage which I loved!

Our weekend in the sweet 3 bedroom home in Independence turned out to be everything we hoped for. It was easy to find with great parking. Close to stores and restaurants. The Welcome Book listed the restaurants our host had personally tried and recommended. We were delighted by her suggestions. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we wanted. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of blankets. Individual heat settings in each room to suit everyone's needs. Our host Amy was quick to answer our questions. I would say that this is the very best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Looking forward to staying there any time we are in the area. Thanks Amy!!

We were at the Polk County Fairgrounds for the 150th Convention of the Oregon State Grange, Gone all day - nice kitchen to make breakfast living room to set in and discuss the day in the late evening Kitchen table turned in to 3 laptop workstation. WiFi was good even with 3 laptops running House was clean, neighborhood was quiet during sleeping time

What a great place!
We fell in love with Independence! What a great town! And the house couldn’t have been better! We walked downtown several times throughout our 10 day stay and enjoyed the restaurants, bakery, coffeehouse, trail, etc. what a great location! The house is so cute and very clean!!! The hosts are incredibly responsive and we’re very helpful with anything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and it was so nice to have a room for both kids. The neighborhood is quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Independence Days
We had a little glitch checking in but the owner was right on top of it. The house was clean and comfortable and suited our needs for the weekend. It is located just a few blocks from Riverside park where all of the 4th of July festivities were going on. We were able to walk to restaurants, bakery and small convenience store along with many other local businesses. If we need to stay in the area again we would be happy to book this house again.

Nice Getaway right in the heart of Wine Country
We came for my son's graduation and this house worked out great even though we only had four of us for three days. Very neatly kept with everything you need. We didn't cook in the residence but ventured to all the restaurants around the area but the kitchen was well equiped. If it were to be one of my rental houses I would toss the Amazon Fire Tv and hook up to something with more variety like You Tube Tv or Sling as we didn't have any kids with us and didn't want to bother. We didn't come for the TV but my 85 yr old mom likes to watch the news once in awhile so that would of been cool. A nice add on would be a Roku since I'm such a gadget dude and have like 17 Sonos speakers around my house. Overall a great little house, well done!!
