"The dome itself was lovely and well situated on the water. The bed was uncomfortable, but the linens were clean. I was very disappointed in the facilities. I have no issues with using a pit toilet, however you must provide some running water for guests. "We were to be in the Green Chalet (the word chalet is quite misleading). Informed host we would be arriving late. Chalet could only be identified by the roof colour, which in the dark is not visible. A sign on the cabin would have been helpful. The breakfast (an additional charge) was watery scrambled eggs, cold pancakes, dry bread, frozen raspberries. The manager was to be in at 8:00, finally showed up at 8:25. "It was a simple but adequate and clean little cabin. Even to shared facilities were clean and not at all unpleasant until the shared composting toilet started to emit a very unpleasant smell. "This is a unique stay on the world famous Cabot Trail. It is a one room cabin, like a treehouse over looking St Anns Bay. The washroom facilities are a short walk down hill the facilities. It is not for everybody. It definitely worked for us! We spent 5 nights of relaxing after the beautiful drives we took on the Cabot Trail. "We walked in the door and looked around. Literally everything you could ask for was in the cabin. Layout is beautiful, screened in deck is very nice. Temp control is great. There were toys inside for the kids to play with. Just an amazing experience run by great people. Definitely recommend "
