"I have been coming to this cabin since I was 9. It was wonderful to come back to a place with so many fond memories. Having central air and a furnace is a lovely upgrade.However being a little passed 9 years now😉I found the many rugs and the shower curtain a bit of challenge. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to gift a stay in the cabin (that their great,great,great grandfather built) to our adult grandchildren at some point in the future"

"We rented this property to be near Mackinaw City for the Labor Day Bridge Walk. It was perfect! The cabin is rustic and quaint. Certainly wish we would have been able to stay longer! Property owner was very welcoming! Steps from the lake - beautiful sunset!"

"We loved our stay. There are 2 maintenance issues that did not detract from our enjoyment but the owner should know about. The tv in the upstairs bedroom at the back does nor work. The microwave needs to be replaced. Most of the buttons do not function. We were able to turn it on and manually turn it off after a minute but you cant't use any other button"

"We e joyed and appreciated everything about this property! Clean, comfortable, all the necessities in a quite and pretty setting! We could not paddle the Sturgeon river as planned due to extensive rain, but all else was fantastic! p.s., the bed is wonderful!"

"Location to the lake was amazing! Loved waking up and looking out at the lake, however it wasnt the best for swimming. It was hot when we were there so it would be nice to be able to open more windows. Really glad i brought a fan. It was really cute with a little more work it would be excellent. "There were 14 of us for a family wedding at Castle Farms and we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and 3 full bathrooms! We cooked on the grill, enjoyed movies with the kids, the air conditioning was quiet and keep us all cool, everything was clean and very comfortable beds! Lovely"
