THE SPACE: Enjoy the peace and tranquility of Indian River at this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath Indian River cabin offering Stunning & Breathtaking views of the river and all the necessities for Northern Michigan retreat with Air Conditioning in those hot summer months. Nestled minutes from golf, biking, and hiking trails, adventure is a short drive away. Discover downtown Indian River or neighboring Topinabee, Cheboygan and Mackinaw City just minutes from your door. Come home to your cozy home away from home for a family BBQ on the deck or, if it's a clear night, some jaw-dropping stargazing or Northern Lights from the fire pit river side (bring wood) or hot tub!

KITCHEN: Well-equipped kitchen with Dining room with seating for 4 and another dining set with seating for 4 with newer appliances, cooking & bake ware, pots, pans, utensils, spices, dish ware & flatware, Kitchen towels wash cloths included.

BEDROOMS: We have 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has king size bed and 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and bunkbed with single beds on top and bottom. All Linens, pillows, blankets supplied.

BATHROOMS: We offer one bathroom with shower only (no tub) and 1/2 bath with toilet and sink, All towels, and wash cloths supplied.

ENTERTAINMENT: High Speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout property and cabin. Living room and Master Bedroom each have a Smart Samsung TV with 200+ live TV channels, and 1000s of movies and shows on demand.

LAKESIDE LIVING/OUTSIDE YARD: Fenced in yard (open at riverfront) directly on the famous Indian River with 125 feet of private frontage, located at the Mouth of Mullett, 2 Kayaks with paddles and life jackets, Aqua-Cycle Paddleboat and Canoe for your use located on your own private riverfront. We offer a nice deck facing lake with Private outdoor Hot Tub which is usable all year 'round with patio dining set for 6-7 including Propane BBQ grill with two tanks. Wood burning fire pit at riverfrontwith plenty of chairs. Dock available all year 'round and can accommodate boat up to 30'. or bring your own boat!) located at your private dock directly in front of Cottage on the famous inland waterway which goes from Lake Huron to Pickeral Lake!!! Spend afternoons fishing for perch, walleye or bluegill or take a paddle boat ride down the river in warmer months.. Wake up in the morning to see the swans & ducks swimming while you're still laying in bed or look up, chances are you will see the majestic resident eagles which perch in our tall pines! Beautiful sunsets & boat watching, home is right in the middle of a Nature Preserve! You will see Loons, Swans, Otters & Bald Eagles daily! Talk about a bird lover's paradise!

STARGAZING: Attention UFO and Star-gazing enthusiasts, you will see Shooting Stars, Satellites, occasional UFO (late at night, STAY AWAKE) and the Spacex array go right over our cabin on those clear star gazing nights! We've heard our guests mention it a few times and seen UFO'S as well, glad for the reinforcement from previous guests who have mentioned it to us and/or wrote in our guest journal.... Believe it or not, you can't make this up when you hear it multiple times, figured we would put it out there;-)


WINTER/SNOWMOBILE/CROSS COUNTRY SKI/SKI HILLS: Snowmobile DNR trails right behind cottage, Trail # 7 and Ski Hills nearby for the Winter Enthusiasts! All kinds of Cross-Country Ski Trails nearby. In this area, you will find the gently sloping terrain, heavily wooded forests and deep annual snowfall ideal for Nordic skiing. It is also not uncommon to see plentiful wildlife out on the trail.
Although our property is professionally plowed, we do STRONGLY recommend that you have a 4 wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle to access this property in winter months.

GOLF: Lots of golf courses nearby which include world-class resorts and championship golf designed by some of America's top golf course designers, the Gaylord area is your dream golf destination.

HIKING: Experience all that is Northern Michigan along one of the many trails nearby used for hiking, jogging, walking, & biking.

•Boyne Mountain 25 min away
