A hidden gem!
We had an absolutely incredible stay at this downtown Indianapolis apartment! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, do, and eat! We loved how easy it was to explore iconic attractions like Monument Circle, the Indianapolis Zoo, and the Eiteljorg Museum. The apartment was also close to the Canal Walk, which was perfect for an evening stroll with stunning views of the city skyline.One of the highlights of our trip was attending the Colts game, and the convenience of the Skywalk system from this property was a game-changer. With the chilly weather, it was amazing to have covered access from downtown Indy to Lucas Oil Stadium. No bundling up or braving the cold—it made getting to the game so easy and enjoyable!The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the comforts of home. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was flawless. If you’re planning to visit downtown Indianapolis, this property is a must! It’s the perfect base for exploring the city, and we can’t recommend it enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Communication Could Have Certainly Been a better
The lot was great and accurately described. However as a first time Vrbo user and loft renter I never received any check in details and I assumed there’d be a check in desk or something like a hotel. It took over 2 hrs of searching circling knocking on surrounding businesses doors only to eventually realize there was a second email sent from the property manager to verify identity before receiving check in instructions. That being said, the kids missed the event we had planned for that evening. I was extremely late baking the custom cake that needed baking and surely want able to finish the job before check out. Had I been made aware to be on the look out for an additional email with check in instructions this staff wolfs have been top tier! So much valuable time was lost.

Comfortable, cozy, and clean place close to everything downtown.
Property was clean and very comfortable. Management was responsive to questions and made check in and check out a breeze. You can't beat the location. It's perfectly situated on market street close to downtown, bars, restaurants, the convention center, and everything else that Indianapolis has to offer. My only complaints were that the wifi was finicky and I couldn't get one of the tvs or my computer to connect. The bed wasn't supported at the end so when I first sat on the bed the matress flipped up. Also, the walls are paper thin so you hear everything your neighbors are doing. These were only minor inconveniences in an otherwise very nice apartment.
