The manager Ricky was a fantastic host. Had a great conversation with him about everything. Rhonda, did the cooking for us at the bistro and oh was it great. What a nice place, if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to stay there. Thank you so much Rhonda and Ricky.

The hotel was beautiful, but however, I had a $20 fee put on my card on November 9 and it is the 26th and still no money back and the property manager did not call me back so they’re very unprofessional. My bank said they are holding it and no one has followed up with me. I left a message and called about three times.

Nice clean room and easy access to the hotel. Beds were very comfortable! Shower was OK. Could easily hear the neighbors through the walls. Hard to sleep in. No breakfast was included.

It was a quick tripped planned to the Childrens Museum, which is only 10 mins away, great location right off highway. Quick and easy check in, very clean check in area with friendly service. Room was clean and up to date granddaughter was super excited! Of course, we visited the pool area which was clean and organized. Only thing was I wish it had a hot tub.

Overbooking and rude
Hotel was fine. However, we had prepaid and the afternoon of our stay the hotel called saying they had overbooked. They tried pushing us off to a "sister" hotel. It was not as nice, and the person trying to tell us that we had to stay elsewhere was very rude. She said that she had already cancelled our stay and there was nothing I could do about it. I told her that I had prepaid and would be checking in, then hung up. Once we arrived, I was able to get the room. But wow, what a hassle and terrible customer service.
