From the Greeters at the front door, to the receptionist or counter clerks, my stay was amazingly wonderful. The friendly service from the staff was Outstanding. Fantastic visit to this hotel. Staff were friendly and able to help check us in before our event. Parking was easy to locate under ground and offering at the hotel, including coffee, bar/restuarant and snack shop had great selection available. Will be staying here again on our next trip into Indy.

Perfect location for Lucas Oil Stadium events. Walkable to nice restaurants and the stadium itself. This is Marriott Bonvoy property with a private lounge if you are in that program. Rooms are spacious and pristine.

The parking for hotel is not user friendly. On two occasions trying to leave people could not get out because they had no hotel key. Made us late to an event.

They said we where smoking in our room. Neather my wife our i smoke. When i went and asked about it they said they would investigate it and let me know what the out come would be by the end of tbe day that was three days ago. They charged me 300 $. Will never stay at a Marriott hotel again.
