Loved it the only things were staff did not explain skywalk only that is was on 2 floor and there was not any signs as to directions to for skywalk. Also the floor as u stepped in to jacuzzi was extremely slick i almost fell. A sign might be helpful addressing issue or preferably adding traction to internal steps. The shower floors were also a issue. Very little traction we had problems checking in I had booked a handicape accessible room and our room was given to someone else. Lots of dust by bar dividers at eye level. We did have issue with breakfast biscuits and gravy overly sweet. But waitress was very quick to resolve issue and was great coffee was delicious. Pool was great exercise room had lots of machines plus had weight times set up in cause it was busy. Nice job on planning this just in case.water was the perfect temp in jacuzzi and pool. Bar was great very attentive. Grounds were well taken care of.cheesecake factory was even right down stairs once exiting skywalk. Some restaurant stayed open to 10 but the start looking doors between 8-9. If u have late meal you might have to walk around building outside to get back. Just stay in for some room service. Nice to have restaurant just down the elevator.

Confusing as operating as a Marriott. Pushes you to pay to park when there is free parking. There’s an extremely convenient bridge into the mall. It’s winter & they don’t have an extra blanket in the wardrobe.

So I’m torn on this review because the property was very nice and comfortable while I was stuck a few days in a snow storm. The fact it’s been almost two weeks and I CAN NOT get anyone on the phone to explain why I didn’t get ANY of my 3 incidental deposits. I stayed by myself and no I didn’t have a solo party. I actually made sure the housekeepers only had to tend to the bed and pick up my consolidated trash and towels. I think it’s very unprofessional that I can’t even get a call back or response.

We booked out room a year in advance and upon arrival was told our room was not ready yet and would mot be ready for HOURS! In anticipation for the Eras tour the hotel should have been better prepared for the influx of people coming in. After a long road trip to the hotel we planned to get showered and dressed for the big show. About 20 women were all trying to get dressed in a small hotel.lov y bathroom. Everyone was told their rooms were not ready. Not ok! You had a year to plan for this huge event with the amount people coming in. Super dissapointed
