● We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month.

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

Parking Fee: Parking is available for a fee: $30/night/vehicle, $150/week/vehicle, or $350/month/vehicle.

Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room. A pet fee applies: $20/night/pet, $100/week/pet, or $250/month/pet.
Property is pet friendly for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. Dogs must be potty trained and under 50lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.

Nice little apartment in good neighborhood.
Basically if you need a place to sleep that’s in a great location and meets basic needs I would recommend this group. The hosts were very quick to respond, allowed me to keep the parking spot until after our event. I would definitely stay again. Not a lot of bells and whistles but perfect for what we needed.

Nice neighborhood with many restaurants/bars within walking distance. Instructions on checking in and checkout were clear. One suggestion for the property management is to provide a small dish drying rack and towel. The fan in the bathroom was also very loud. We were using the fold out couch. We found sheets and pillows but no blanket. They eventually provided instructions on where to get them.

Mid-week get away
The best part of this property was the location! It was right in the middle of it all. We utilized the parking option and just left our car put for the 3 days to be pedestrians in Indianapolis! The apartment building felt safe.

They delivered as promised. Great location (plenty to do in walking distance), clean apartment, looked like the pictures, great communication set up with host etc. only cons were paying for parking (whether you paid the meter or paid for pass) and no elevators (luckily the apt is on the second floor). Overall I would stay here again.

Everything was great. The place was nice and clean. All updated just like the pictures. We walked everywhere with no issue. Parking was easy. Our group was two couples celebrating a birthday for the weekend and couldn’t have worked out better.

Comfy and convenient
Steps from all the stuff on Mass Ave., convenient to downtown, and in a pretty quiet place. The only downside (not their fault) is paid street parking. I plan to re-book there next time I go to Indy

Great Location in the best area of Indianapolis
I have stayed in many areas of Indy and Mass ave is by far the best area to be in. This unit is located just far enough away from the louder areas of Mass ave but close enough to easily walk to anything. This area is super safe and the building is very easy and secure to get in and out of. This apartment has everything you need for an extended stay. Highly recommend and will definitely consider coming back next year!
