A wooden terrace leads to the beach villa, where bi-folding glass doors open to the seafront. To the right is a large sauna with a wood-fired stove and a glass wall offering stunning sea views. Opposite the sauna, you'll find a tiled steam room, a washroom/changing area, and an additional toilet.

At the center of the beach villa is a lounge area with another wood-fired stove, along with the entrance to the guesthouse studio. The studio features a kitchenette and a bed with breathtaking seafront views. Above, a loft accommodates two more guests. Stepping out onto the terrace, you'll discover an 8-person jacuzzi.

The covered outdoor kitchen features fully retractable glass walls, allowing for an open-air experience. It is equipped with a large wood-fired pizza oven, as well as both gas and charcoal grills, providing a variety of cooking options. Please don't play loud music outside as we want our neighbourhood to be peaceful.

There is a Minut sensor installed in the patio that measures the noise decibels not to exceed 85dB and ensures there aren't any loud parties during quiet hours. It's important to note that it does not record conversations, ensuring your privacy is maintained.
