"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The price-quality ratio is excellent, offering great value. However, I was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the facilities. It was quite evident that the property hasn’t received the necessary upkeep, and the wear and tear over time was noticeable. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the outstanding service."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever booked on hotels.com. (I book per year around 70 nights per year and have done so for many years) This hotel should not even be on the website. The rooms were filthy, the bathroom was so bad my friend was afraid to use the toilet... we even had two frogs in our bathroom and the toilet paper was like cardboard. This at best would be a hostal."
