Well-maintained and spacious semi-detached house with a tiled stove, winter garden, patio and double garage. On three floors you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting open living and dining area with a connected winter garden. The patio with a fixed grill and fire pit call you to linger around the campfire in the evening. Two bathtubs and a spacious snail shower invite you to relax after a long day. The food supply is secured with two supermarkets, a drinks market, bakeries, butchers and three restaurants all around. You can arrive by car, motorcycle or train (train station approx. 10 minutes' walk away). Numerous excursion destinations and events around Burgheim or in the region are available for every weather and taste. Whether our nearby swimming lake, the castle festival in Neuburg on the Danube or a quarters for a visit to the Oktoberfest, the Audi Museum in historic Ingolstadt, the Fugger city of Augsburg - everything can be reached in less than an hour. From our holiday home you have very good transport links via train or the B16 to the A9 or A8.

Amazing house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless upon our arrival and was decorated with a personal note in every room. I have never stayed at a property where the host put that much effort in to make their guests feel welcome. It was truly amazing. One of a kind!! Highly recommend

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben bzw. eigentlich noch netter. Die vielen netten Aufmerksamkeiten die von der Vermieterin zur Verfügung gestellt wurden (z.B. Schokolade und Getränke oder frische Eier am Morgen) waren das i-Tüpfelchen. Wirklich alles super. Vielen vielen Dank!

Rundum versorgt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit

Das Wochenende mit meiner Cousine in Burgheim war (wie schon das letzte mal) ganz wunderbar. Das Haus ist blitzsauber, die Betten sehr bequem, und die Ausstattung extrem hochwertig. Egal wo man sich im Haus aufhält, fühlt man sich rundum umsorgt. Der Partykeller (oder Ruheraum) lädt zu nostalgischen Ausflügen in die 90er ein, und die Umgebung lässt sich - dank mehrerer Wanderwege - rund um Burgheim weitläufig erkunden. Danach kann man sich in der Sauna super wieder aufwärmen. Der Brötchenservice war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Einfach Spitze

Die Woche im Ferienhaus war ein absoluter Traum. Das liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Haus war total gemütlich. Die im ganzen Haus verteilten Annehmlichkeiten unschlagbar toll,hatten wir so noch nie. Frau Klein, die Vermieterin, sehr sympathisch und ums Wohl des Gastes total bemüht, es blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, vom Abtropfsieb bis zur Zitronenpresse. Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Einschränkungen weiterrempfehlen und kommen sicher wieder. Wir wünschen Familie Klein alles Gute.

Alles aussergewöhnlich

Alles war super gut von Anfang bis Ende. Gut zum Fahrrad fahren. Abends draußen sitzen mit Grill und Lagerfeuer. Im Haus alles was man braucht und viel viel mehr. Morgens stand oft eine Flasche Wein oder Sekt vor der Tür. Außerdem jede Menge anderer Getränke und Lebensmittel kostenlos

Ein Traum

Wir waren sehr gespannt auf unsere Ferienwohnung in Burgheim und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Die Wohnung war wirklich ein Traum. Eine Wohnung, welche an Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen war. Ausstattung, Lage, die liebe Familie Klein-wunderbar. Besonders überrascht waren wir von den vielen, liebevollen Geschenken, wir wurden richtig verwöhnt. Dafür möchten wir uns bei Familie Klein noch einmal auf das herzlichste bedanken. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100 % weiter und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Ganz tolles Ferienhaus im Grünen

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal eine Woche hier verbracht und können es in höchsten Maße empfehlen. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern, Wintergarten, Waschraum und Sauna. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einem schönen Wohngebiet und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wunderschön zum wandern, Fahrrad fahren und spazieren gehen.

Ankommen - wohlfühlen

Bereits im Vorfeld der Reise gab es nette Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Vor Ort war das Haus vollgepackt mit Herzlichkeit in jeder Ecke. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen und den Urlaubgenießen. Die Sauna war fabelhaft und auch sonst von uns volle Punktzahl.

Sehr schön Haus mit einem Service den man selten bekommt.

Wir sind nach Ostern für leider nur drei Tage nach Burgheim gereist. Das Haus ist groß, hell und modern eingerichtet. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, der Vermieter hat für alles gesorgt, auch für viele Sachen die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Rundum schöner Kurzurlaub klare 5 Sterne und gerne wieder.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschön, man kann es nicht anders sagen. Fr. Klein und Familie gibt sich aller größte Mühe den Aufenthalt so perfekt wie möglich zu gestalten. All die kleinen und großen Extras, die definitiv nicht selbstverständlich sind, ein großes Lob dafür von uns.
