"The staff here are amazing and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly. The condo was clean and everything that was promised was there. We even had some bonus items like a fire pit and a gas grill. The beds are soft and comfortable. There is a DVD and Blue ray player in the living room. There are enough dishes and pots and pans. "Awesome spot. Had to deal with mice this time. Caught three in the kitchen while we were there. Woke us up in the middle of the night in the kitchen garbage can. Told the people at check out and all they said was lots of people have mice this year. Other than that the people did a great job decorating F3. We love Rocky Point and can’t wait to stay there again."
