"Our stay was only for 1 night and we didn't have the time to take advantage of all that the hotel offers, but we were very happy with our accommodation. The hotel is very well located. The staff were exceptional - helpful and cheerful."

"Everything was amazing, great little rooftop pool and bar with a view, rooms very clean and the beds super comfortable Only issue I had was I requested an extended checkout as we were about to embark on a long trip back home (which I did let the reception know) however was told it was $45per hour and had strict no complimentary policy, I think it would be an Above and Beyond service if there was availability (which there was) a 30-45mins extended checkout would have made our experience a little...

"Capri has a great location and a welcoming foyer. There needs to be more attention to detail by staff in the rooms - kettle did not work, plug was broken and TV faulty both not repaired Comfy bed and nice bathroom."

"My daughter and I had a lovely last minute 4 night break in Brisbane and were so glad we found Voco hotel. The location was perfect and we enjoyed shops, the museum, State Library and art gallery. Seeing the fireworks on NYE from our window was amazing. We had fantastic service from Jo who was an exceptional person. We enjoyed the pool and lots of room service."
