"The staff was very friendly. They kindly upgraded my daughter and I to two beds instead of one. We walked everywhere and enjoyed good food all around the hotel. It was so clean, especially the pool and hot tub area. I can highly recommend this beautiful hotel!"

"Went here for my birthday weekend, they upgraded us to a room with a deep tub (request it if you're wanting one, not all rooms have it)! Was a beautiful large room, the bed was so comfortable! "

"Beautiful location - lots of great walking and restaurants in the neighborhood. Small complaint, no plugs on either side of the bed - had to dig for an extension cord and use the desk plugs."

"First time visiting Canada. Hotel was nice and the area was nice as well. If you take the Victoria clipper, it docks near this hotel. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Parking was no issue. Biggest complaint was the shower. Very low pressure and it lost hot water for a little bit then returned. It’s as if someone flushed the toilet. "

"It was very odd. There was a random bar Of soap on the bathroom counter. I literally thought my friend had brought it. Which I thought seemed odd. Turns out she didn’t bring it. Why was this left in our room. There was a stain on my pillow. "
