Das von mir gebuchte Einzelzimmer war unglaublich klein. Die angegeben 18qm sind vielleicht mit dem Balkon zu erreichen. Da ich nicht eine zweite Nacht dort verbringen wollte bat ich um Stornierung selbiger. Dieses wurde abgelehnt. Als eine Art guter Wille bot man mir ein freies Abendessen an.beim check out wollte niemand mehr etwas davon wissen und ich durfte dieses bezahlen. Vielen Dank für nichts.

Just a few highlights: *Beautiful huge spa *In room sauna *Rustic and authentic Tyrolean rooms *Fresh and tasty food including the magnificent fondue hut *Stunning wine cellar *Attentive staff *Brilliant casino night *Great location for the glacier with a free shuttle included I would return in a heart beat!
