Had a lovely spa break. Our stay was kickstarted with a lovely welcome, made to feel like family and instantly given a glass of bubbles and shown to lunch. The photos don’t do the spa area justice, it is gorgeous! We spent a lovely afternoon using the saunas, pool and relaxation room. The evening meal was nice, not the best food ever but it was good and there was a lot of food! The drinks were reasonable. Breakfast was lovely in the morning - lots of choice. We was sad to leave. Tip: if travelling from Innsbruck, you can get the bus for free by getting a pass on the Subitai tourism website

Hübsch gelegenes, familiengeführtes Hotel , das es besonders gut versteht Gästen aller Altersstufen unter einem Dach einen schönen Urlaub zu bescheren. Wir hatten nur leider ein etwas älteres Zimmermodell das den Komfort teilweise einschränkt. Leider ging es auch zur Straße hin , so dass sich Straßenlärm und Ab/Anreise- sowie hotelbedingter Auslade/Versorgungsverkehr manchmal schon sehr früh am Morgen bemerkbar gemacht hat . Bei geschlossenem Fenster allerdings weniger störend. Es wurde uns eine Möglichkeit geboten in ein moderneres & ruhigeres Zimmer umzuziehen , allerdings gab es grössentechnisch nichts freies, passendes zu dem Zeitpunkt da das Hotel ausgebucht war. Behebbare Mängel wurden aber sofort behoben. Die allgemein zugänglichen Räumlichkeiten ( Restaurant, Lobby, Wellness etc ) sind alle renoviert bzw neu gebaut und daher in einem top modernem Zustand, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr gute Küche & aufmerksames Personal. Die Kosmetik Abteilung ist ebenfalls sehr qualifiziert. Alles in allem ein erholsamer & schöner Wander/Skiurlaub.

perfektes Ski-und Wander mit schönem kleinen SPA

zuerst wohnten wir im Stammhaus, dort bewohnten wir ein großes etwas uriges aber sehr großes Familienzimmer mit Ankleidebereich, das war in Ordnung insbesondere für eine Familie mit 2-3 Kindern, ein Balkon war leider nicht vorhanden, wir sind dann gefragt worden ob wir ins neue Haus umziehen möchten. Gegen einen kleinen Aupreis hatten wir ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Stubaier Gletscher. Éin wunderschönes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, es ist seine 4 Sterne auf jeden Fall wert. Einrichtung TOP, kleiner SPA sehr schön, Außenpool mit kl. Liegewiese und Terrasse zum Entspannen sehr schön, sehr gutes Abendessen wie auch ein perfektes Frühstücksbuffet, die Nachmittagsjause ist auch zu empfehlen, sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service(ist heute ja keine Selbstveständlichkeit mehr). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Great hotel, close to the ski area in the mountain

Ski slopes very close with free shuttle Great Spa area. Very nice set-up. Beautiful.
