The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. Amazing dinner but no real town to walk about. This is a great place if you have a car and want to explore nearby beaches. Close to the train station. "Good location, a 3 minute walk to downtown. The included parking is convenient since it is otherwise difficult to park in the area. Watch out for traffic if walking out of the property, specially with children, since it is near a busy intersection with no walkway.
Property has a restaurant and a nice swimming pool. Good view of downtown from the top.

"The place was perfect for our daily trips into Tropea. Very clean and the patio area is very large with sun and shade. We went down to the private beach a couple of times a day-just gorgeous. Having our own beach towels was a plus-made good use of them. The owner was very friendly and showed up very promptly to take us to the property. Because it's a gated community, she had to lead us in. The instructions given by Novasol were very easy to follow. We are opening to return again very soon! Loved our time in Parghlia!"
