"We had a basic King Bed non smoking room. The only downside is that it doesn’t come with a mini fridge. We had to be asking for a bucket of ice each time. So if you have anything that needs to be stored in a fridge, don’t choose this room. There wasn’t a hand towel, only 2 bath towels, we had to buy our own. But overall the room was descent and comfortable. "

"We arrived earlier than anticipated and were immediately allowed to check in. No hassle. No extra charge. I read all the reviews prior to choosing this hotel. While it's true that it's kind of isolated, it's s not far from the Centro or the airport. Everyone was polite and professional. We stayed in a suite. It was clean and HUGE. Definitely my go to hotel from now on."

"I had car problems and the hotel staff went out of there way to find a mechanic and ensure that I was safely on my way for my next nights reservation. They saved me from a scheduling nightmare. Definitely a place to stay to be treated special. "
