"What stood out to me was the friendly and courteous staff. When I flew into Spokane, my baggage was delayed. I checked into the Hotel Ruby without anything. The staff took care of me and gave me essentials until I was able to get my baggage the next day. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. "

"Like a lot of people who stayed here (apparently), we were there to check out Schweitzer Mountain. It was perfect for that. About a 20, drive to the base of the mountain. The daily breakfast varied a little bit every day so that was nice to look forward to. The rooms were larger than expected and everything was clean."

"This is a great hotel, the breakfast was awesome and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was closed when we were there and that was a bummer, but everything else was good. Spacious room and nice amenities."
