Furnished with both comfort and style in mind, Sandpiper 10 welcomes you the moment you step through the door. The fully fenced property offers plenty of privacy along with a sunny terrace and balcony, perfect for soaking up the Inverloch sunshine.

Upstairs features the kitchen and an open-plan living area that flows onto a decked outdoor BBQ space. The master bedroom is also upstairs, complete with a two-way bathroom that can be kept private or used as a shared bathroom for the main living area.

Downstairs you’ll find a second living area, ideal for the kids to enjoy their own space or a quiet movie night, along with two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a separate laundry.

For year-round comfort, the property includes wall heaters in the downstairs bedrooms and reverse-cycle air conditioning upstairs.
