Welcome to The River House, located in beautiful Inverness, FL! Whether you are here for a quick weekend getaway or a long term stay, our River House is the right stay! If you are visiting some of Florida's most popular attractions, you are only a short drive away! If golf is your game, we are located near some of Florida's most popular courses, including the coveted Black Diamond Ranch! A short drive to downtown, you won't run out of places to eat, shop, or explore! The River House is perfectly equipped for a multi family vacation! We offer three bedrooms, two with their own sliding door exit, and a private den with a pull out couch. The back bedroom features a private hallway, a private sliding door exit, 2 queen beds, a full bathroom, and walk in closet. We have prepped this space with a coffee maker and microwave to help create this space for multi families or to give the teenager their own space! The kitchen is stocked with all of your home cooking needs! While we do not have a dishwasher, we do leave you fully stocked with dish detergent, sponges, and drying racks. Our beverage cooler will be stocked* with spring water for your enjoyment! The back porch features many spots to hang out near the pool! We also have covered porch out by the river with a bbq. Please feel free to bring your boat, canoes, kayaks, and fishing gear! You can enter the river from our property. We welcome dogs and other select pets! **Neither the pool nor the river has a barrier around it**. *We would love to stock the kitchen with your preferred foods and beverages prior to your arrival! Please contact the host 72 hours prior to your arrival for options available. This service will be billed separately.*

Please understand we are located on the Withlacoochee River. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our neighborhood and/or in and around our home, including; but not limited to: bobcats, cougars, snakes, alligators, frogs, geckos, birds, bees, wasps, noseeums, mosquitoes, spiders, fire ants, crickets, bugs, roaches/palmetto bugs, rolv-polvs. and silverfish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs; however, we cannot control mother nature and
therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
