First, let me say the staff, AMAZING AND WONDERFUL and so helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them. The problems I ran into though were pretty intense. Firstly, the bed was rock hard, so the first two nights, I had to sleep on the couch. The staff brought me a pillow topper that helped though. Second, bar below with live music until 3 am. I got no sleep for the first few nights, which weakened my immune system and cause it to crash. My last few days of my vacation were spent sick. The reason I had said the staff was amazing though was the cleaning lady I had. She came to check on me the one morning, found that I hadn’t slept and was now sick and immediately had me moved higher up to try and reduce the noise for me so that I could sleep. Wonderful woman!!! Easy walking though to anything you could want and seeing the castle right outside the window was cool!

Fantastic. We stayed at the Highlands Suites 2 years ago and that was great but this was better. Amazing location, easy to find and navigate. Clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Grocery Shopping at M&S is always an adventure, restaurants on the river are easily walkable and Main Street shopping is right outside the door. Parking is offsite at the Eastgate Ctr but worked fine. Much less Agro than on premises parking at Highlands Suites. Excellent, Excellent… highly recommend.

The property was very clean and unique. It is in a fantastic location so you can easily walk to many restaurants and other locations. We had no trouble finding parking in front of the building. We had a great time!
