"Die Unterkunft liegt auf dem Berg. Man sollte vorab erwähnen, dass die Straße dorthin sehr steil (und teilweise eng / viele Schlaglöcher) ist. Sobald man die Einfahrt reinfährt, gibt es 2 Senken. Da darf man kein tiefergelegtes Auto haben, sonst setzt man auf. Im Hof kann man dann super parken und die Kinder spielen lassen. Im Hof wurden wir gleich von den 3 Hofhunden begrüßt. Die Wohnung selbst war super, ausreichend Platz und Stauraum ist vorhanden! Nur die Küche könnte etwas besser...

Bij aankomst word je begroet door zo'n 15 katten en honden (deuren toe houden). Het was erg koud (maart 2018, overdag 10-12°); er is CV en een elektrische blazer/koeler, maar zelfs na 3 dagen op volle kracht, haal je max. 19°. De verwarmingsketel maakt bovendien een hels lawaai. "Leonardo's place is a beautiful sanctuary just a 5 minute drive along a country road through an olive grove from down town Mattinatta. We sat each morning on the balcony and ate breakfast while looking out over the olive grove, the town of Mattinatta, the sea and the local mountains. And as our phones will attest to, "picture perfect", as it appears we took a lot of photos every time we sat there. The Apartment was clean and is well maintained and Leonardo was always available via whatsapp...

"Abbiamo scelto questa struttura solamente per la possibilità di portare il nostro cane, ma i servizi della struttura erano incentrati solo sulla parte Village/intrattenimento di una banda di simpaticissimi ragazzi (scuola zoo) ma che facevano un baccano fino ad oltre le sei del mattino (Musica e intrattenitori ad alto volume) il servizio bar e ristorazione merita un 5 scarso. La spiaggia terribile e senza un minimo di assistenza. area cani praticamente inesistente in pratica era solo consentito...
