"This was our third time at this rental. We love the view of the river and mountain. The home is clean, with a couple quirks, like the upstairs tub faucet that won’t stop dripping, a dryer on its last legs and some very used kitchen wares, but all stuff that doesn’t rule out repeat stays. We’ll be back. A great getaway just an hour away from the suburbs."

"We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were some hiccups leading up to it. Air conditioning was a deciding factor in choosing this location. Before our stay, we noticed A/C was not listed anymore. I had to contact several times about this issue and was met with rude responses stating it never had A/C. After staying here, we can see there is an A/C system. Anyway, all of that was a headache. They gave us a small refund that I don’t think was sufficient for the lack of A/C. There were some fans, but we could have used more in this hot weather. Many of the windows do not open in the house, so we were unable to get a breeze going to cool it down. The cleanliness of the house is below average. There’s a lot of dust and things under furniture. We have a crawling baby and this was an issue. Unfortunately, we did not use the hot tub because it was dirty with scum around the tub. The property could use some updates. Normally, we wouldn’t be so picky about these things, but we feel it is not advertised or priced accurately. "

"The house and surrounding are exactly as pictured. It did not disappoint!! The view is spectacular! The property was very private and peaceful. The house was clean and very well equipped. The beds were so comfy and the furniture was also comfortable and in great condition. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! I would highly recommend staying here!"
