I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The check-in process was incredibly quick and efficient, setting the tone for the entire visit. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a fantastic room, which made me feel like a VIP. The bellboys were extremely attentive, not only escorting me to my room but also giving me a brief tour of the property, which was a nice touch.
The swimming pool was perfectly warm and inviting, and the hot tub was wonderfully toasty—ideal for relaxation. I loved the property so much that I ended up staying an additional night! It’s clear that the hotel is very well-maintained, with exceptional cleaning staff who kept everything spotless.
When I had a small issue with the fridge not staying closed, I used a trash can to prop it, but to my surprise, maintenance arrived right away without me having to ask, fixing the problem promptly. The free parking was a bonus, and the hotel’s location was perfect—close enough to downtown for convenience but far enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere.
I can’t recommend this place enough. I love staying here and can’t wait to return!

Went here for our honeymoon and had the best time. We mainly came to AZ to hike but rise was a great location to see downtown aswell. The pool bar and rooftop bar are both great places to stop for a drink! Couldn't be happier with our choice of stay!

Great one night jacuzzi tub stay
"I booked a jacuzzi suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. Tub was great! Two very large TVs. Not sure if there were fridge and microwave as i didnt need to use them. Coffeemaker.
