"This property is in one of the best locations in Victoria. Filled with wildlife, felt so remote and yet only 15mins to Apollo bay. So relaxing and peaceful. The outside areas of the property itself was a bit rundown with the balcony in need of some repairs. There were a number of nails sticking out and some of the boards were rotted. "The cottage is clean and have a positive atmosphere. Surrounding nature makes the place very relaxing. We loved the fire place. Carport next to the cottage was so helpful. The direction of getting to the cottage was a bit confusing. One of the reasons we booked this cottage was having a spa but we couldn't use the Spa as it was so cold and by the time it got to the right temperature it was bed time. We were disappointed as we expected a ready to use spa like other places. "

"Great location, walking distance to most areas and a short drive to places of note. Area of improvement would be to address the excess mud in access areas ie getting to the wheelie bin was a trek through heavy mud. Simple cheap solution would be stepping stones/pavers, as this is a region known for rain fall, therefore mud level and location is easily predictable."
