I would give this property a 0.
We arrived at the property and was not greeted by the host. We only received an email telling us the code for the lock on the tent, a key on the bed for the private bathroom and the code for the shared living room and kitchen. We couldn’t find the building for the living room and kitchen. We had to call the host. The living room and kitchen was in the garage that was attached to a house that the host had rented to a family. It was junky in front of the garage. We opened the garage door and was surprised that a family of 5 was watching TV and sitting at a dining room table. We felt like they had rented the house and the garage area. They had pies on the counter top to eat with their family and we just felt like we were intruding when that space was supposed to be ours too. I looked in the cabinets to see what the dishes and pans looked like so that I could fix my husband I breakfast the next morning. I was shocked everything looked like dishes and pans you would throw away and not use. The pans had all the Teflon off of them. They were nasty. I looked in the bottom of the stove and I saw mice droppings. The temperature dropped to 33 and started raining. The tent smelled bad and had stains on it. It was very musty smelling and it bothered my husband’s allergies. The bed was supposed to be a queen. My husband’s feet hung off the bottom of the bed and he is 5’9”. The extra blankets they very small throws. We left and took a loss on 2 nights stay. Don’t stay at this place.

The property is so cute and timid. It wasnt crowded at all, the horses were beautiful, and the bathrooms were very nice and close. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return!

We were in the Aspen tent in the far corner. The bathrooms are well-designed, clean, and basically new. I called ahead to get parking instructions since we had a motorcycle trailer, but there is a loop, so I was able to go around the loop and back in. The bed was great and had an electric blanket which we did need, even in August. We stored some food in the fridge and freezer overnight and repacked it the next morning. The common room is self-serve, and it was nice to have breakfast in the morning and watch swarms of hummingbirds at the feeders.
