"Our family really enjoyed the time spent in this home. As evident from the pictures, the views are simply outstanding. The house comes fully furnished and equipped with anything you could need, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were very welcomed. The trip to the beach was a quick one on bikes, though the trip down to sea level was always a bit 'exciting' on the narrow Italian roads. "A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."
