Lovely pension. The owners were really helpful. They came to pick us up and drove us back from the ferry terminal.
We are a family of 5 and we stayed in the tatami room. It was a little small, and space for suitcases was limited, but we managed anyway and it didn't bother us. The room has a shower-bath unit. There was a small fridge, which came in quite handy. There are no shops or convenience stores nearby, so you should definitely stock up in town. The other downside is access to the pension by bus: there are very few buses, and at odd times too, so unless you rent a car, make sure you plan your journeys carefully. The bus time schedule is rather difficult to navigate, even for a japanese person. So double-check with a local as it is confusing.
