A boutique gem on this island

We had an amazing stay here, even in spite of some terrible weather the second half of our stay. The staff was amazing and attentive, they kept the restaurant open even with a storm and flooding happening in the area. They truly went above and beyond. The restaurant is a gem on this island. Room was excellent and clean.

This resort is a lovely and serene paradise on the beautiful beaches of Holbox. It’s quiet, clean and beautiful with extra touches like incense in the rooms and fresh flowers. The staff were so caring and sweet…they were full of recommendations and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Excellent location just outside of the hustle/bustle but still walking distance to everything. Just perfect.

Holbox tranquility - Perfect!

Pure tranquility with outstanding, friendly service staff. The villas and the grounds are pictuesque and very inviting. We had a wonderful stay and did not want to leave.

This by far was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The ambiance was so chill and the service was top notch. The hotel itself is like a picture from am architecture magazine. Every detail to perfection. I can’t say enough about the staff and manager - just over the top helpful and kind. And I loved the location on the Island - just perfect. You can walk downtown but far enough away from the bar scene. My husband and I are so grateful for our time there. Perfect in every way.

We booked a ocean view. Don’t waste your money. The palm trees block most of the view. Suite #3 is the only one with a view. Property is very overpriced and overrated. The main dining area for dinner is very expensive for what it is. Very small portions. The food at the beach was very good. Service at the tables (beach) was good but to get service at the beach front lounge chairs is horrible. Good luck getting towels before noon. I had to go to the lobby to get the towels and was told there was no service till noon. I’ve had better service at the beach in a 2 or 4 star hotel. They don’t fumigate around the pool area and we where torn up by the mosquitoes.
