First the property is not that closed to the beach, need lighting in the pool area an outside bathroom. WiFi signal very poor. Rooms does not even have a chair. toilet in my room did not flush. Breakfast is very simple and charge for coffee refills. The lady working Ady was helpful and tried in anyway possible to solve the issue with my room but had to wait a long time.

Once you find it, a good place to stay in Holbox.
We enjoyed a great one-night stay at the Casa Kuka. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. But there were few amenities for a 3-star property (no fridge, microwave or coffee machine). A/C works well, as did the hot shower. Note that the hotel is mis-located on Google Maps.

Would not choose this hotel again - the pricing is low, yes, but so was the quality of the stay. Very unclean rooms, noisy and the wifi barely existed.

Helpful staff. Quiet location, an easy walk to beach and town. Small room and not the greatest lighting, but water pressure was great. Not a luxury stay, but definitely adequate.
