The food was amazing! Helios was our favourite, they went above and beyond for us. The French was also a top one! So many options to pick from. Nice to have access to the other buffet (family side), it’s huge!
The staff are so friendly and work hard. Raul (beach server) especially made us feel welcome and went above and beyond.
The rooms have a slight smell but nice. Most places we stay in Mexico have the same smell.
We usually pick a new resort each trip, but we’d be back to this one, we loved it so much.
Check in was easy, butlers were friendly and helpful (just ask politely).
We never felt the guys in the blue shirts were pushy, they were very kind if you said no, politely:)
