"I am so so glad that we booked this resort! We have been all over to the big resorts in the main areas of Mexico, so I wasn’t sure what to really expect! The reviews were great (except for a few, which always leaves me second guessing), but I could not have been happier with the entire experience! It beyond exceeded my expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way for us. The rooms and entire resort was practically immaculate! The beds were heavenly! We went during the week and it was so relaxing and quiet. It did get busier on the weekend, but overall, we absolutely loved this resort and will definitely be back!"
