3 Bedroom Cute Beach Home / 3-5 minute Walk to Beach with Private Pool!

Welcome to our beautiful beach cottage just steps to the ocean and a short walk to the Island village.

Complete with a private pool, lounge chairs, tables, gas, covered picnic table and of course plenty of sunshine!

There are two living rooms their own ottomans to put your feet up and relax, one with a flatscreen TV. Beach themed furnishings throughout. Feel free to hook up your iPod or pop in a CD to the stereo. One living area is open to the kitchen and the other to the dining room table off of the kitchen. If you enjoy cooking, you will find the kitchen is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances throughout and beautiful granite counter tops. The dining room is conveniently located off of the kitchen with seating for four. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. All beds throughout are brand new with comfortable sheets, pillows and blankets. The master bathroom has lots of light, a hair dryer and an easy access step in shower with a bench. The second bedroom has a full size bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and full down below and a flat screen TV. The hallway bathroom has lots of light, a hair dryer and a shower tub. Just steps to the beach to enjoy beautiful sunsets or collect shells and build sandcastles while catching some rays!

This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3-car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is intended as a family beach rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of larger gatherings.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Weekend Get Away!!
I rented this location for a birthday trip for myself,my daughter and her friends. We arrived and had trouble with the door code but a call to the management company was all it took to quickly reset the code. Property was clean and comfortable. Bonus having the pool in the backyard and that it’s a quick walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby and downtown Charleston is an easy drive.

Long weekend Anniversary stay
This cute beach home was perfect for our long weekend. We wanted to visit Charleston, and it was a short drive over from this house. The Isle of Palms has a lot to offer too. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for my friends and I with everything we needed to cook and clean up afterwards. Super close to the beach and shops, perfectly outfitted with beach items too. The only two call outs I would share is that the bunk bed room might not be appropriate for an adult on the top bunk, the bed moves and shakes a lot and we were concerned that an adult might break it.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage located on the south end of Isle os Palms and a two block walk to the beach. It was too chilly to use the pool, but we spent time in the roomy backyard and the owner provided a new gas grill prior to our arrival. Much appreciate! Highly recommend this listing.

Great house! Great location!
This was our first visit to Isle of Palms and it exceeded all of our expectations. We had such a great time exploring the area, spending our days at the lovely beach and then relaxing by the backyard pool in the late afternoons. We will definitely be back! One thing to note, which may bother some people, is the neighboring houses are all taller than this house and so there is very little privacy in the backyard pool area, even though there is a fence. It didn’t bother us but just worth mentioning!

Perfect small family resort home
The house was perfect for our family of 5. Great location south of 10th avenue!! The pool, patio, grill area was spacious, relaxing and ideal for dining after a day of beaching. The landscape and spearmint enhanced the experience. Recommend renting bikes and visiting Charleston. The walk was short, easy to start day at beach with break at lunch and wind down in evening. The shed was a plus with plenty of backpack chairs, cart, cooler, and toys. Would stay again.

This house is perfect if you have a house full of kids !!!! The pool is big enough for fun and safe enough for peace to leave your kids for a second to fix lunch !!!! Amenities were great , short short walk to the beach and the staff were INCREDIBLE!

We traveled as a family of 3 with our toddler. This property was perfectly located, only 2 minute walk to the beach access! We enjoyed relaxing at the pool in the backyard and appreciated all of the nice beach gear in the shed. The outside of the property was very well kept. The inside could use some general maintenance - fresh paint would go a long way and there were some loose boards on the floors they had covered with rugs. However, it had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely consider coming back if we are in IOP again.

The house was as represented. Very cute, small bungalow less than five minutes walk to the beach. Great little pool and a very good selection of beach chairs and gear and pool floats. Well provisioned kitchen with lots of pots and pans, etc. We were five people and it was good but I could not envision more.

Great cottage a block from the beach!
Beautiful house and a great location! Easy to park 3 cars. Check in process with door code that was sent before our arrival time. Property manager was prompt when we called. Kitchen is a bit small but is incredibly well stocked and easy to use. Paper towels, a few dish washing pods and hand towels as well as trash bags were available. Both bathrooms were really nice and clean. Lots of fresh bathroom towels available. Rooms were very clean. Beds were a bit stiff but not bad. Beautiful pool and tons of beach chairs and toys in the shed. So nice to not have to bring our own chairs. Really nice to be able to store our bikes that we brought in the shed in the fenced back yard. About a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. I am glad that we brought our beach wagon to haul things to the beach. Sprinklers woke us up early but that is a simple fix. Construction was going on next door where they knocked down a house but only in the middle of the morning when we were at the beach. Easy to get to restaurants. We plan on staying there again the future! You can tell that they put a lot of thought into the cottage.

Quaint Cottage near the ocean
We loved how close this cottage was to the beach. The pool was the icing on the cake. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. On the smaller side, but adequate for a family of six.
